What is your refund policy?
Please note that at this time, Creatively Christelle does not offer refunds on any digital products due to their digital nature. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at the following email: hello@creativelychristelle.com. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue for you.
For our 1:1 services, we kindly request that you express any concerns you may have before approving the final deliverable so that we can quickly address them. Thank you for your understanding.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday — Thursday from 10AM - 6PM EST, Friday 10AM - 2PM EST
do you make custom websites?
Yes, We create custom websites on Squarespace only with a standard project timeline of 6 weeks, starting at $500 for a basic site. Pricing is subject to change per the scope of work. Please email me for more information!
do you design digital products for others (ebooks, journals, etc)?
Yes, We can create digital products for you to sell. Please book a consultation to get started.
